100 HOURS ADVANCED TEACHER TRAINING
Spiritual development is a profound and transformative process that is rooted in experience and understanding of the inner world. This inner world is inaccessible to our outer senses and lies beyond the realm of intellectual understanding. It is a realm where the mind, body, and spirit converge, and where we connect with our true selves and the universe at large.
Sadhana is the only way to access this inner realm. It is a deeply personal and transformative journey that helps the Sadhak, or the practitioner of yoga, to connect with their true self and access the inner world.
Through the practice of Sadhana, the practitioner cultivates a deeper understanding of themselves, their purpose in life, and their connection to the universe.Sadhana is a journey that we have always known, but that we have forgotten amidst the chaos and distractions of modern life. Through the practice of yoga, we can rediscover this forgotten journey and embark on a path of spiritual growth and transformation.
As a yoga teacher, deepening your own experience of Sadhana can help you to expand your skillset and bring more depth to your teachings. It can help you to connect with your students on a deeper level and guide them on their own journey of spiritual development. By embracing the practice of Sadhana, you can become a more effective and compassionate teacher, and a true agent of positive change in the world.
Most of our learning is about collecting data. On the other hand, Sadhana is your dedication and time to Janan (gyana)/gaining knowledge.
What is the mind intellectually?
How do yogic and modern science investigate the mind?
What lies beyond the mind?
How do we see reality and what is reality?
Memory: Memories are an important part of the mind. Often, memories are referred to as the brain's capacity.
Yogic understanding is vast and goes way beyond. This subject will give us the opportunity to dig who we are and where we come from.
Breath: None of the learnings of this course become knowledge if they are not first-hand connected with life. Breath is the Sutra or the string which connects the inner and outer world. You will go deeper into your breath to reach in.
