Access The Subconscious
Yoga Nidra’s ultimate purpose is to take you deep into a state where you are fully unified with your inner being. In this process, the conscious mind withdraws itself so that the subconscious mind comes to the forefront to further discover the unconscious mind. This is where the real opportunity lies in Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra resides in the higher stages of Raja Yoga, and reaching this state can be very difficult through other practices alone.
Yoga Nidra is a technique originally developed by Swami Satyananda of the Bihar School of Yoga. It is derived from an old Tantric technique of Nyasa, and later refined by Swami Niranjanananda. This Yoga Nidra Training has been further developed by the Yogalife team, blending these ancient roots with a deep understanding of modern psychology and lifestyle needs.
