How do practitioners from Metz travel to the training?
Yes! The course is specifically structured for commuters. Direct TER trains run from Metz to Luxembourg Gare Centrale in approximately 45-50 minutes. Once in Luxembourg, all public transit is 100% free straight to the Youth Hostel venue. Plus, Friday evening sessions (19:00 - 21:30) are held online so you don't have to travel on Friday night.
What language is the course taught in?
The entire training is taught in English, making it accessible to our multi-cultural cross-border students coming from Germany, France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
What happens if I miss a weekend due to travel or sickness?
We record key theoretical sessions and offer makeup assignments or catch-up sessions in upcoming modules or neighboring Yogalife locations (Brussels, Cologne, Ghent) so you don't lose your progress.
Can I stay overnight in Luxembourg if I prefer not to drive back on Saturday?
Absolutely. Since our venue is located directly inside the Youth Hostel Luxembourg-City, affordable dorm and private rooms are available right on site for students wishing to stay overnight between Saturday and Sunday.
